Robert J. Brooks

Mr. Brooks is retired from Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (Wabtec) as its Executive Vice President, Strategic Development. He was with WABCO since 1990 and was with American Standard (10 years) and Chrysler Corporation (12 years). He is a graduate of Wharton Graduate School at the University of Pennsylvania and Franklin & Marshall College. Mr. Brooks serves as a Director on several Boards including Wabtec, SUEBRO, Crucible Materials Corporation and a charitable foundation. He has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since April 25, 1996.

Richard S. Corriero

Mr. Corriero was employed with KPMG Peat Marwick in various positions from Manager to Managing Partner from 1963 - 1997. He has a B.S. in Accounting from LeMoyne College and his CPA in both New York State and Connecticut. After Mr. Corriero's retirement from KPMG Peat Marwick in 1997, he has served as a Director on several Boards including Revere Copper Products Inc., Farmers & Traders Life Insurance Company, and Crucible Materials Corporation. He has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since January 21, 1998.

William R. Lester

Mr. Lester has been employed by Crucible since 1996. He has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Clarkson University, and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1987. His career began with the national public accounting firm of Ernst & Young for six years progressing to the position of Audit Manager. He then spent three years as the Assistant Corporate Controller of the Raymond Corporation. Raymond was a NASDAQ traded manufacturer of electric materials handling equipment. Mr. Lester served as Crucible's Corporate Director of Financial Services until his promotion to Corporate Controller in June 2000. In September 2002 Mr. Lester was named Vice President of Finance & Treasurer. Mr. Lester has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since July 2004.

David W. Robbins

Mr. Robbins has been employed by Crucible since 1968. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and has a graduate degree in Accounting from Duquesne University. Mr. Robbins started as a Cost Accountant at Crucible's Stainless Division in Midland, Pennsylvania. He has held several positions in the financial area of Crucible including Division Vice President-Finance of both the Compaction and the Research Divisions. In 1996 he became Corporate Operations Controller and Risk Manager and in 2000 was appointed VP-Finance and Treasurer of Crucible Materials Corporation. In August of 2002 he was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Crucible Materials Corporation. In March 2005, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Crucible Materials Corporation. Mr. Robbins has been on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since July 2000.

Mary Pat Salomone

Ms. Salomone is currently employed by the Babcock & Wilcox (B&W) Nuclear Operations Group as the Manager of Strategic Acquisitions. Previously, she was President & CEO of Marine Mechanical Corporation (MMC) through April 2007 when MMC was acquired by B&W. Ms. Salomone joined MMC in 1998 and was appointed President & CEO in 2001. Prior to her employment at MMC, Ms. Salomone was employed at B&W for sixteen years in a variety of positions. Ms. Salomone earned a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. Ms. Salomone serves as a board member for the Naval Submarine League, Cleveland's Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network (MAGNET) as well as the Governor's Workforce Policy Advisory Board. Ms. Salomone has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since May 8, 2008.

Joseph A. Steger

Dr. Steger is currently President Emeritus of the University of Cincinnati and was appointed President in July 1984. Prior to his positions at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Steger held various management positions in industrial and academic organizations including Colt Industries, Prudential and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Steger has a B.A. in Experimental Psychology from Gettysburg College, as well as both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychophysics and Statistics from Kansas State University. Dr. Steger currently serves on several Boards including TechSolve, Inc. (Vice Chairman), Drake Center (Chairman), Ohio Supercomputer Center Governing Board (Chairman), Milacron, Provident Financial Group and Crucible Materials Corporation. Dr. Steger has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since April 27, 1995.

John L. Vensel

Mr. Vensel, now retired, was employed by Crucible, its predecessor or an affiliate company, for a total of 23 years. He was initially employed by the Company's predecessor form 1964 to 1967 (Colt Industries Inc.). He then returned in 1979 as President of the Midland Alloy and Stainless Divisions. From 1982 to 1985, he was President of Coltec's Garlock Mechanical Packaging Division. In 1985, he became Executive Group Vice President of the Company's predecessor (Colt Industries Inc.). In 1985, he assumed the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Crucible Materials Corporation until April 1988, when he became Chief Executive Officer. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since October 1988. Mr. Vensel also served as a Director of M&T Bank from 1989 through 2002.

David G. Yates

Mr. Yates was employed with Crucible for over 42 years. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from Syracuse University. After a brief stint in the United States Air Force following college, Mr. Yates began his career with Crucible as a Management Trainee. Mr. Yates held a succession of management assignments through the Corporation as various division Vice Presidents and Presidents of four (4) different divisions: Crucible Stainless Steel Division in Midland, Pennsylvania; Crucible Service Centers Division in Camillus, New York; Crucible Specialty Metals Division in Syracuse, New York; Crucible Compaction Metals Division in Oakdale, Pennsylvania; and director of Crucible's European operation, Crusteel Limited in Sheffield, England. He has served on the Board of Directors of Crucible Materials Corporation since November 5, 1993.
